How to Reduce Fine Lines and Wrinkles
Don’t you sometimes wish you still had the same skin you did when you were 20? Your younger skin was tighter and all-around more radiant. Thing is, you’ve gotten older, and with age comes fine lines and wrinkles, as well as wisdom.

Don’t you sometimes wish you still had the same skin you did when you were 20? Your younger skin was tighter and all-around more radiant. Thing is, you’ve gotten older, and with age comes fine lines and wrinkles, as well as wisdom. You’re wise enough to know that there are plenty of ways you can reduce fine lines and wrinkles.

How to Reduce Fine Lines and Wrinkles:

Quit Smoking

Smoking ages you and your skin immensely, not to mention causes harm to the rest of your body. If you’re having trouble stopping cold turkey, try using nicotine patches or gum until you can completely quit.

Drink More Water

Aim to drink around two liters of water a day, more if you frequently exercise as this helps restore hydration to your skin. You can also spruce up your water by adding lemon, lime, or infusing fruit flavors into it.

Limit Your Sun Exposure

We’re not saying you should avoid the sun altogether but always wear at least SPF 30 each day. You can simply apply sunscreen every morning or use a moisturizer with SPF in it. Make sure to also reapply your sunscreen regularly when you’re outside.

Use Anti-Wrinkle Creams

The sooner you start using anti-wrinkle or anti-aging creams, the sooner you can reduce fine lines and wrinkles. Make sure to use high-quality creams and follow the usage instructions.

Look Into Facial Injections

Cosmetic facial injections, such as Botox and Dysport, can reduce fine lines and wrinkles quickly and for months at a time. If you’re looking for more immediate results, these are a great option.
