I've been seen and treated by Doc Kessel for over 20 years, he's never rushed me in any appointment, asks questions and listens of my concerns and elevates stress on issues I need treated as simple removals and no further action needed on many occasions. He always does a great job taking care of issues that have arose over the years. When diagnostic tests/biopsies are needed, he follows up and calls with results and if follow ups are needed. Knowing he will add a great level of confidence that when he is caring for me, everything will be ok.

As a long time, patient, I have found that every provider who has seen me is one whose diagnoses, professionalism, compassion, and expertise tate the highest. This practice, and This practice, and the Olina always rate very high.

Great yearly checkup.

Prompt, pleasant, didactic. However, two nights later I noticed what I thought was a pimple under my left breast so ‘popped’ it and a hard specimen popped out which I have retained for examination if need be. It turns out that this was just a portion of the trouble spot so am wondering if I should come in again? Also, not sure if it’s in my records but probably should be added that I had uterine cancer 25 yrs ago and my grandmother died of lymph node cancer. And a cousin died of cancer (same side of family).

NORMAL SKIN CANCER EVALUATION

Very good, except for check-in. I completed the check-in procedure online answering all questions. At the office I was given a pad and asked to answer ALL the same questions again giving insurance info, etc. Was not too happy having to answer all the questions again. When a patient completes a pre check-in, the office needs to check to see if the forms were filled in online or not before the patient arrives.

Having spent many summers at the Jersey shore in the sun/water since i was a teen, suntan lotion was not something my generation talked about. So having a skin check is important to me. In June, I had basel cell removed on my back by a different surgeon. It was not a good experience. The wound got a bacterial infection. So I was nervous to have surgery on my neck. Dr. Freedman was excellent. The stitches came out and it looks great. I'm glad I gave Kessel dermatology another chance. I would definitely recommend Dr Freedman.

I was in desperate need of a doctor because I was itchy all over my body. I couldn't stop scratching. Even my scalp was driving me in sane. I was at the point of scratching my skin off my whole body. So my doctors nurse in the wound center of capital health called your office and you let me come in the same day and Dr. Alena took me and prescribed a cream and in a coupe of days I felt wonderful again. Bringing a 4 year old into a dermatologist office for an issue can be intimidating- Jennifer and her assistant were great with him! They made him comfortable, engaged him and kept him happy. They also provided us with a treatment plan for an issue he’s had for months. So grateful for them prioritizing patients and seeing us ASAP vs other offices scheduling months out.

Doctor Kessel review my file and ask me few questions then check my skin around neck, head, and rest of my body to see if I have any issue. everything was normal accept I mentioned that Isome times get rashes on my back. He said these are eczemas and he wrote a prescription to use when I have the rashes.

Dr. Kessel didn't do the surgery but after having Moe Surgery in May I got an infection Got everything cleared up but it was a little bit stressful

This was my first visit to a dermatologist and I didn't know what to expect. Efrain was was kind and showed great concern for my skin condition. He took time to look at every mark I showed him. The staff at Kessel Derm was very nice. I called on a Monday to get a new patient appointment and I was seen on Wednesday. After getting checked in I waited maybe five minutes in the lobby before being brought to the exam room. I saw Dr. Kessel who thoroughly examined me and explained my skin condition. I left the appointment feeling confident that my condition would be cleared.
